Regarding the list of companies...well they are all awesome companies, and I would love to own them all someday. This, however, would require some patience and work on my behalf!

I am following the company for a long time and I think it's a beautiful business. However, I've never owned because I don't want exposure to the semiconductor sector.
A colleague of mine has owned the company since the IPO. He's up roughly 500x. :)

Deere is a beautiful company. Investors should only watch out for the cyclicality of the business. Deere is very dependent on corn prices etc.
